Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer "day-of" coordination?

We do not generally offer anything smaller than our Month-Of Coordination package since our involvement in planning (touching base with our clients to make sure everything flows the way they envision on their wedding day, organizing vendor arrival times for the day-of, creating a vendor contact information list, coordinating vendor meals, reading over contracts to make sure that we are abiding by everything appropriately, coming up with a day-of timeline, etc.) really does start a month before the wedding.
What is a walkthrough?

A walkthrough usually happens at the wedding venue with the couple and any vendors who might benefit from a tour of the venue space (for example, the caterer, photographer, band/DJ, and planner). Walkthroughs provide the couple and their vendors an opportunity to see the venue before the wedding day and go through some day-of details and any questions they might have.
What is a wedding rehearsal?
A wedding rehearsal is a run-through of the ceremony from start to finish. Rehearsals typically take place the day before the wedding before the rehearsal dinner. Usually, the couple, the officiant, the wedding planner, the wedding party, and anyone who will be participating or walking in the ceremony attend the rehearsal.
What is a rehearsal dinner?

A rehearsal dinner happens the night before the wedding and typically follows the rehearsal. While they are generally a smaller gathering than the wedding itself, the rehearsal dinner is a great way to kick off the wedding festivities! Usually, the couple, the wedding party, and immediate family are present at the rehearsal dinner, but rehearsal dinners have been expanding and changing to include others like out-of-town guests. Really, it's up to you (or whoever is hosting the rehearsal dinner) to decide how big you want your rehearsal dinner to be!
