Hi! My name is Giulia and I am the owner and co-founder of G&N Events. The idea of starting a wedding and event planning company happened just before my wedding. When I started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted to plan the majority myself, but was quickly overwhelmed by the number of decisions that had to be made and the endless options from which to choose.  

As soon as my mom heard how overwhelmed I was, she offered to help me plan the entire wedding (with the help of a Month-Of Coordinator so that I could enjoy what would soon become the best month of my life). With our combined wedding and corporate event planning experience, I had no doubt we could tackle this together. I eagerly accepted her offer and together we quickly started checking items off my previously overwhelming to-do list. 


It was at that point that we decided that wedding planning (or any kind of event planning!) should not be as stressful for others as it initially was for me. Weddings, birthdays, graduations, are all such happy occasions, so the planning period should be an equally happy time. My mom and I then joined forces once again and G&N Events was born. 

I started G&N Events with six years of corporate event planning, client coordination, and management experience under my belt. I earned my undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and my Masters of Business Administration from the University Of Maryland.
